How to use Rosmaryn HD

Explore every feature of the site, according to your plan. Each section guides you step by step.

Everything is free to begin with. Create your Body Graph and explore your type, profile, authority and much more, with no compulsory sign-up and no advertising.

Create your Body Graph

Fill in the form with your date, time and place of birth. The calculation is instant and runs directly in your browser, from the JPL ephemerides.

  1. Go to the home page.
  2. Enter your first name (optional), your date of birth, your time of birth (as precise as possible) and your town of birth.
  3. Click “Create my Body Graph”.
  4. Your Body Graph appears with its 9 centres, channels and gates, together with a summary (type, profile, authority, definition, cross).

Understanding the summary

The summary banner shows the fundamentals of your design: type, profile, authority, definition and incarnation cross. Every element links through to the encyclopedia.

  1. After the calculation, look at the gold banner below the Body Graph.
  2. Click an element (for example “Generator”) to reach its encyclopedia entry.
  3. The gold pills show your incarnation cross with its 4 gates.

Exploring the analysis tabs

Below the Body Graph, several tabs detail your design: Overview, Profile, Type, Definition, Authority, Cross, Data, Channels, Activations and “Fine reading” (AI). On Free you get a preview of each tab.

  1. Click the tabs below the Body Graph to move between sections.
  2. On Free, each tab shows a summary. The full sections unlock from Essentiel onwards.
  3. The “For you” tab holds the personalised fine AI reading (Strategy).

Saving your Body Graphs

Create a free account to save an unlimited number of Body Graphs (family, friends, clients). You will find them again at any time under “My account”.

  1. After calculating a Body Graph, tick the “Save this Body Graph” box (you need to be signed in).
  2. Find your saved Body Graphs under My account → My Body Graphs.
  3. Click a saved Body Graph to reload it automatically.
  4. Saving is unlimited from the Free plan onwards: no gauge, no quota on the number of charts.

Read your message of the day

Every day, one short sentence and one concrete move, obtained by crossing the sky of the moment with your Body Graph. Nothing is written in advance: everything is calculated, and every sentence points back to the gate, channel or center it is talking about.

  1. Open /message-du-jour/. Even without an account you already read the sky of the moment there, the same for everyone.
  2. Sign in and save at least one Body Graph: the message then crosses your birth with the sky.
  3. If you have saved people close to you, the message alternates: one day yours, the next day one of theirs. You can also pick the chart in one click.
  4. Away for two days? Nothing is lost: “Yesterday's message” goes back fourteen days, recalculated identically.

A doubt about your birth time or your birthplace

Two free tools to find out what holds and what tips over in your Body Graph when the birth time or the birthplace stays uncertain.

  1. In the “Discover HD” menu, open the “Birth time calculator”. Enter your date, your place and the range of times you hesitate between: the tool shows you what holds across the whole range, then the exact instant when your Type, your Authority, your Profile, your Definition or your Cross tips over.
  2. Just below, the “Birth place simulator” does the opposite: enter your date, your time and a city, and watch your Body Graph recomputed for every time zone in the world, with the offset that really applied on the day you were born, daylight saving and historical changes included.
  3. Neither page changes anything. The birth time calculator works without an account, the birth place simulator with a free one. To adjust and save the time or the place of a chart you have already stored, head for My Account → My Tools, from Strategy upwards.

Work out your compatibility

A free tool, no account needed, to lay two Body Graphs over each other and count the channels two people form together.

  1. In the “Discover HD” menu, open “Compatibility calculator”, then enter both births: date, time and city.
  2. You get your chart together and the count of your channels across the four kinds of connection, with the gate each of you brings.
  3. The detailed reading of each connection opens from Essentiel, through the “Open the full reading” button.

Sharing a Body Graph

Every calculation generates a unique link. Copy it to share your Body Graph with someone: they will see exactly the same chart.

  1. After the calculation, the page URL updates automatically with your settings.
  2. Click the share icon in the action bar to copy the link.
  3. You can also share via WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram from the dedicated buttons.

Discovering the encyclopedia

The site offers a complete Human Design encyclopedia: the 5 types, 9 centres, 36 channels, 64 gates, 12 profiles, 7 authorities and more. Free access gives you the lists and a preview; the detailed entries open from Essentiel onwards.

  1. Use the “Human Design” menu at the top to browse the different sections.
  2. The detailed entries for each concept are included from the Essentiel plan onwards.
  3. The gate and channel pages include the I Ching correspondences.

Installing the app

Rosmaryn is available as an Android app: the display switches to full screen and an icon is placed on your home screen. Subscriptions are taken out on the website.

  1. On Android: install Rosmaryn Human Design from the Google Play Store.
  2. On iOS (Safari): tap the Share icon, then “Add to Home Screen”.

Birth Mandala

Your Body Graph at the centre of the wheel: the 64 I Ching hexagrams, the 64 gates coloured by their centre, the 12 zodiac signs, and one spoke per planet towards the gate it lights.

  1. Click the mandala icon in the Body Graph action bar, right next to the transits.
  2. The wheel replaces the Body Graph, which settles at its centre.
  3. Each spoke links a planet to the gate it lights: you see where each of your activations comes from.
  4. Click a hexagram, a gate, a sign or a planet to open its page.

The 3D tour of your Body Graph

The camera moves into your Body Graph in 3D and explains it step by step. With a free account, it tells you about your Type and your Authority; the full tour opens with Essentiel.

  1. On your Body Graph, under your name, click ▶ 3D tour.
  2. The tour follows the reading order of the Body Graph: Type, Profile, Authority, Definition, Centres, Channels, then Cross.
  3. Play, pause, next step: you go at your own pace, and you can record the tour as a video.

Complete reading of your Body Graph Essentiel

The detailed reading of your design is unlocked: long descriptions, practical implications, advice on how to apply it. (The in-depth Channels & Activations tabs, however, are included from Strategy.)

  1. Calculate a Body Graph as usual.
  2. Below the chart, the tabs now show the full content: no more truncated sections.
  3. The “Overview” tab gives a structured summary of your whole design.
  4. The “Lifestyle” tab details Memory and Digestion and the environment.

Personalised fine AI reading Strategy

The fine reading (GPT-4o) combines your activations, channels, centres and variables to produce a unique text. Generating new fine readings is reserved for Strategy; on Essentiel, readings already generated remain available (re-reading from cache, no credit used).

  1. In the “For you” tab, the “Generate the fine reading” button requires a Strategy plan.
  2. A reading already produced remains available on Essentiel: reopening it uses no credit.
  3. Essentiel's AI credit allowance is zero: not a smaller quota, no generation at all. Nothing can therefore be charged by mistake.
  4. On Strategy, the AI analyses your whole imprint and produces a personalised text in a few seconds.
  5. Still on Strategy, you can regenerate or delete a reading from My account → Tools.

Planetary transits Strategy

Overlay the current planetary positions on your Body Graph to see which gates and channels the transits in progress activate.

  1. In the Body Graph action bar, the transits button requires a Strategy plan.
  2. The current planetary positions appear as a coloured overlay.
  3. Watch which channels complete themselves temporarily thanks to the transits.

Child reading Essentiel

On a child’s chart, a switch turns the analysis into detailed pointers for the adult who looks after them: Type, Authority, Profile line by line, Definition, centres, Incarnation Cross.

  1. Above the analysis tabs, turn on the Child reading switch. It suggests itself when the date of birth is a child’s.
  2. The Child reading tab opens in the “Single” view: Type, energy and rest, Authority, Profile, Definition, centres, Incarnation Cross. The summary at the top leads to each part.
  3. The Composite with this child button opens the choice of the second chart: your Body Graph or a saved chart.
  4. On a saved chart, the child reading is remembered, and its sharing links only open for you.

The mandala in 3D and the full tour Essentiel

Your birth mandala in three dimensions: the wheel of the 64 gates set on the real sky, your planets, and your Body Graph in relief at the centre. With Essentiel, the 3D tour also walks you through your whole Body Graph.

  1. In the Mandala view, click View the mandala in 3D, or ▶ in 3D at the top of the Type, Authority, Profile, Centres, Channels and Cross tabs: it opens full screen.
  2. Drag to turn around it, pinch or use the wheel to zoom, and tap a planet or a gate to see its details.
  3. The 3D tour goes through every step: profile, definition, centres, channels and cross.

Detailed encyclopedia entries Essentiel

The complete entries for the foundations: 64 gates, 36 channels, 9 centres, types, authorities, 12 profiles and 6 lines. The 384 gate × line combinations belong to the “Advanced” section, from Strategy.

  1. In the “Human Design” menu, the Discover HD, Fundamentals and Go deeper sections are unlocked from Essentiel onwards.
  2. The “Advanced” section (incarnation crosses, lunar nodes, variables, PHS, I Ching hexagrams and trigrams), however, opens with Strategy.
  3. Each entry is linked to your Body Graph through personalised navigation.

The “Advanced” section of the encyclopedia Strategy

The most technical layer of the encyclopedia: the 192 incarnation crosses in detail, the lunar nodes, the whole Variables and PHS block (colours, tones, crossed PHS), and the I Ching figures, 64 hexagrams and 8 trigrams.

  1. In the “Human Design” menu, the Advanced column is unlocked.
  2. The incarnation crosses are documented with quarter, geometry and life theme.
  3. The Variables (the four arrows) and the PHS (the eight digits) each have their own page.
  4. The 8 trigrams each have their own page: the sixteen hexagrams they appear in, and so their Body Graph gates, and what they tell you about your profile and your cross.

Composite Body Graph - the detailed relationship reading Essentiel

The composite Body Graph opens from Essentiel onwards, with its five reading tabs: synthesis, crossed types, channels one by one with the gate of each, crossed centers and profiles.

  1. Calculate or load a first Body Graph.
  2. Click the Composite button in the action bar.
  3. Select a second Body Graph from your saved charts.
  4. The composite chart shows the shared channels, the electromagnetic bridges and the dominant connections.

Fine AI readings Strategy

The fine AI reading belongs to Strategy. Each month your allowance is 50 credits: a fine reading costs 5, so 10 readings a month. Enough to explore several Body Graphs, yours and those of the people close to you.

  1. The fine AI reading is reserved for Strategy: 50 credits a month, 5 per reading, so 10 readings if you spend them on nothing else.
  2. Each Body Graph can receive a personalised fine reading.
  3. Readings are always cached for instant access without using another credit.
  4. A generation that fails is never charged: the credit only leaves once the text has come back.
  5. In My Account, your subscription card shows “AI credits this month” followed by two numbers: what you have left, then your allowance for the month. It renews on your subscription anniversary, not on the first of the month.

Live planetary transits Strategy

Overlay the planetary positions of the moment on your natal Body Graph to see which gates and which channels are activated today.

  1. Click the transits button in the Body Graph action bar.
  2. The current planetary positions appear as a coloured overlay on your chart.
  3. Drag the slider to move forward in time, hour by hour or day by day.
  4. Use the quick jumps to go to the next full moon or to your solar return.

Natal chart Strategy

Your birth wheel opens inside the Body Graph frame: the planets in their signs and houses, the elements and modalities.

  1. Click the Astro button in the Body Graph action bar, just after the Penta.
  2. The birth wheel takes the place of the graph: planets, signs, houses and the lines of the aspects.
  3. The view's tabs detail the summary, the planets, the houses and the elements and modalities.
  4. The Aspects and Link to Human Design tabs read each aspect one by one and cross your natal chart with your Body Graph.

Channels & Activations in depth Strategy

The “Channels” and “Activations” tabs are unlocked in full: 36 defined channels and 26 planetary activations in detail.

  1. The “Channels” tab details each of your defined channels with its gates and its theme.
  2. The “Activations” tab lists your 26 planetary activations (Personality + Design) with their gates and lines.
  3. Ideal for understanding the fine mechanics of your design.

Create a Body Graph

The Authority plan includes everything in Strategy, unchanged: everything the previous tab describes is yours too. Most of what Authority adds is not here, it lives on a separate site, the Espace Pro: the practitioner’s working software, home to the client portfolio, session preparation, the cycles diary and the booklet you hand over. Its interface is in French only, which is why the screen names below are kept in French. €49.90/month.

Getting into the Espace Pro

The Espace Pro is not one more tab on rosmaryn.app: it is a second site, pro.rosmaryn.app, with its own door. Your Body Graphs are the same there, it is not a copy.

  1. From My account, the “Your Pro area” banner takes you there in one click. It only appears on accounts that have access.
  2. Otherwise, the address directly: pro.rosmaryn.app.
  3. On the Espace Pro home page, click “Entrer”.
  4. If you are already signed in on rosmaryn.app, you get in without retyping your password: the two sites keep separate sessions, and a signed token bridges them.
  5. Your saved Body Graphs are the same on both sides, written in a single table both sites read. There is nothing to synchronise, so nothing that can drift apart.

Where to start

Five moves, in this order: after them you have seen everything the tool does for a first client, from the record to the booklet you hand over.

  1. Nouveau client (new client): you enter a birth, the place is resolved, the time zone derived and the chart computed before saving.
  2. Or Import, if you arrive with a file: records are created in bulk.
  3. Préparation (preparation): the page you read in the five minutes before the session.
  4. Documents: set your brand once and for all, your logo, your colours, your legal lines. Every booklet that follows inherits them.
  5. Agenda: see who, in your portfolio, is reaching a major planetary appointment this quarter.

The client portfolio

The list of your clients: search, folders, statuses, date of the last session and dated notes. Sorting, filtering and paging are done by the server, so the list stays fast at several hundred records.

  1. Portefeuille opens the list. Search, filters and sorting travel in the address, so a useful view can be bookmarked.
  2. Each record keeps its folder, its status and its dated notes.
  3. Connexion puts two records face to face: which channels the meeting forms, and who brings which gate.
  4. Export outputs one record, or the whole portfolio.

Session preparation

The page you read just before opening the door. It answers four questions from practice and nothing else, with no score and no rating: what this person decides from, where she feels split, where she takes in the world, and what in her is only waiting to open.

  1. Open a record, then Préparation.
  2. Three levels of detail: Synthétique, the facts alone, no encyclopedia text, so it appears instantly; Normal, plus Type, Authority and Definition; Détaillé, plus the Profile, the nine centres and the channels.
  3. The transit of the day is off by default: the page speaks of the person, and the sky of the moment is only true on the day of the session.
  4. “Calculer les fenêtres” sweeps six months of sky and returns the dates when a transit hands her one of the gates she lacks. Count a second the first time, then it is instant.
  5. The Moon is left out of that sweep: it changes gate every ten hours, and a window of one night is not a window. Beyond forty-five days it is not one either: the screen then speaks of a season, a stretch you go through, not a date to book on.

The cycles diary

A client’s timeline says where that person stands. The diary answers the question nobody asks in your place: who should I call back this quarter.

  1. Agenda lists, by date, the planetary appointments of the whole portfolio.
  2. In the foreground, the major appointments: Saturn return, Uranus opposition, Chiron return, Uranus return. Squares and the other angles stay one click away.
  3. Filter on one record to read a single person’s year, or open her timeline to see her whole life.
  4. Each line separates the fact, what the planet has actually travelled, from what tradition says about it. And a return is not a date: planets go retrograde, so the screen gives a period and its passes.

The booklet you hand over

The document is produced by the server, Body Graph included, cut into A4 sheets and turned into a PDF by your browser at print time. It is complete on the first frame: nothing to wait for, and it prints even without JavaScript.

  1. Documents carries your brand: your logo, your colours, your legal lines.
  2. You choose the sections kept, document by document.
  3. From the record, the document opens full page: Print, then “Save as PDF”.
  4. Mes textes puts your own texts in place of the encyclopedia’s, in every booklet you hand over.

What to explain with during the session

Several doors to the same need: making a notion clear to someone hearing it for the first time, without leaving the tool and without improvising.

  1. The Encyclopédie can be read while you prepare, without changing site.
  2. The Aide-mémoire: six reference tables, types, authorities, profiles, centres, channels and gates, to keep open during the session or to print.
  3. The Atelier builds a chart by hand, gate by gate, and shows live what each activation changes: the calculation in reverse, to explain the mechanics in front of the person.
  4. Célébrités: computed charts, searchable by type, profile, authority and definition, to give a notion a face.
  5. Média: visuals ready to publish, with their licence written next to the image, not on a legal page nobody opens.
  6. Messages: a ready text for each situation, filled in from the record and editable before sending. The “Envoyer” button exists only for email, the one channel this server can send.

The Telegram bot, during the session

The answer to a question, in a few seconds and without leaving the conversation: the encyclopaedia and a Body Graph calculation on your phone.

  1. In the Pro Space → Settings, open “Telegram bot” and tap “Connect Telegram”. Open the link on your phone, then tap Start: it serves only once and expires after fifteen minutes.
  2. Type /porte 12, /canal 6-59 or /profil 2/5: the entry arrives. Part of the name is enough, and /aide lists everything the bot can do.
  3. /bg Name 12-03-1978 14h30 Lyon calculates a full Body Graph; /penta and /composite bring several births together, separated by a +.
  4. No record from your client list goes to Telegram: the bot only calculates from what you write to it.

Your AI credits, a single pot for both sites

Your allowance is 1 000 credits a month. The fine reading on rosmaryn.app and the AI of the Pro workspace both draw on it: one balance, one renewal, never two counters to follow.

  1. A fine reading costs 5 credits: your monthly allowance covers 200 of them.
  2. A ceiling of 200 credits a day limits the pace, not the total: it exists so that an anomaly spreads out and shows, instead of emptying a month in twenty minutes. It lifts on its own the next day.
  3. Re-reading an analysis already produced costs nothing: the cache does not call the provider again, and charging for it would mean paying twice for the same spend.
  4. A generation that fails is never charged: the credit leaves once the text has come back, not before.
  5. The allowance renews on your subscription anniversary, not on the first of the month, and My Account shows “AI credits this month” with what you have left of your monthly allowance.
